Đậu hũ chiên sốt nước tương chua ngọt với những miếng đậu hũ thái mỏng chiên vàng da, áo cùng hỗn hợp sốt mặn ngọt, chua chua đậm đà. Dùng làm món ăn thay đổi khẩu vị gia đình trong những ngày ăn chay rất tuyệt.
Đậu hũ trắng rửa sạch, thấm khô nước rồi cắt thành những lát mỏng và nhỏ. Đun nóng ít dầu ăn trong chả, cho đậu hũ đã cắt vào chiên áp chảo cho mặt ngoài đậu hũ chín vàng đều thì vớt ra để ráo dầu.
Trong chén nhỏ, trộn đều hỗn hợp sốt gồm: 2 muỗng canh rượu, 2 muỗng canh nước tương, 2 muỗng canh đường, 3 muỗng canh giấm và 5 muỗng canh nước. Đun nóng 1 muỗng canh dầu ăn trong chảo, cho đậu hũ chiên vào đảo đều. Sau đó cho chén sốt vào đun và đảo đều cho sốt cạn, áo đều lên đậu hũ thì tắt bếp.
Đậu hũ chiên sốt nước tương chua ngọt là món ăn được chế biến khá đơn giản. Đậu hũ chiên vừa vàng da nên vẫn giữ được được mềm dai vừa phải, áo thêm sốt tương chua chua, mặn ngọt đậm đà, đưa cơm liên tục.
