Những ngày nóng bức vào mùa hạ, món ăn yêu thích của chị em không gì khác chính là chè đá. Hương vị chua ngọt của xoài hoà cùng vị béo của nước cốt dừa và dai dai của bột báng chắc chắn món chè này sẽ nhanh chóng khiến bạn thích mê cho xem.
Xoài gọt vỏ cắt lấy thịt sau đó cắt thành từng khối nhỏ đều nhau để ly chè được xinh xắn. Bột báng các bạn mua về rửa sạch với nước, sau đó ngâm trong nước lạnh 30ph. Nấu 1 lít nước sôi rồi đổ bột báng đã ngâm vào, khuấy đều tay trong vòng 1.5 ph rồi tắt bếp, dùng nắp đậy lại để ủ bột báng.
Sau khi để đông, cắt sương sáo thành cục bằng kích cỡ với xoài. Phần nước cốt dừa: các bạn cho nướt cốt dừa, sữa tươi vào nồi chung với 150gr đường phèn, khuấy đều đến khi hỗn hợp sôi lên thì tắt bếp để nguội.

Và thế là tất cả các topping đã chuẩn bị xong rồi, các bạn đập đá thiệt nhỏ, cho từng lớp topping vào theo thứ tự đá bào, thạch sương sáo, xoài, bột báng và sau đó rưới nước cốt dừa lên.
Món chè xoài bột báng đã hoàn thành rồi, nếu muốn món này ngon thì phải chọn xoài vừa chín tới nha. Đãi gia đình vào bữa chiều chiều mát mát là cực kì hợp lý luôn đó. Chè xoài bột báng giải nhiệt, giảm căng thẳng nên các bạn nhất định phải thử nha.
